Partner programme in preparation. We are inviting the first psychologists and scientists; the terms of each cooperation are agreed individually.
NOOStead · Organisational programme partners
Your programmes for organisations, run in NOOStead environments.
For work and organisational psychologists, scientists and organisational development specialists. Design programmes for groups of employees, run them, evaluate them and develop your own protocols.
You keep your practice, your clients and your methods. NOOStead adds an environment with a strongly reduced number of stimuli that you can build into your methodology.
Who we are looking for
Work and organisational psychologists
Design programmes for employees and teams, with the environment as one element of your method.
Scientists
Carry out projects in environments built to one documented standard, in one location or in several.
Organisational development specialists
Add sessions in NOOStead environments to your programmes and prepare recommendations for organisations.
Authors of methods and protocols
Develop your own programmes and, if you decide to, share them with other partners on agreed terms.
Scientific teams
Include NOOStead environments in projects funded by universities, organisations or grants.
Conditions you can build into your programme
A NOOStead environment separates a person from most everyday stimuli: a studio-quiet interior, adjustable darkness, no mobile signal, a stable microclimate and an armchair in the zero-gravity position — without cameras. Within the available settings you plan the length of a session and whether it is spent in silence or with recorded narrator guidance.
One standard
Environments are built to one standard, so a programme can be repeated in another location.
Documented sessions
Environments are designed so that the settings and length of each session can be documented. The scope of documentation is agreed for each project.
Two forms
A mobile unit placed at a host's site for a block of days, or a fit-out of an existing room.
Operation
NIHILI prepares the environment, looks after it during a block and provides technical support.
Safety
Procedures for using the environment, ending a session and handling incidents. Participation is voluntary, and a participant can leave at any moment.
Technical documentation
Parts of the environment and its control have been filed for patent protection in Poland. Detailed documentation is available to partners under a confidentiality agreement.
The environment does not replace your method. It is one of its tools.
Three ways to work with NOOStead
01
Run programmes
Work with the standard settings of the environment — a stay in silence or with recorded narrator guidance — or with your own programme, and develop your services for organisations. Work with organisations you bring, or take part in projects NOOStead brings. You are responsible for the agreed specialist work; we provide the environment and its technical operation.
For work psychologists, organisational consultants and employee programme specialists.
02
Create your own protocols
Design a programme for a defined group, run it and refine it on the basis of its results. We are considering a model in which you could share it with other partners for a licence fee. You keep the rights to your own materials as set out in the agreement.
For authors of methods, psychologists, scientists and specialist teams.
03
Carry out independent projects
Use NOOStead environments in your own projects. Plan how they run, define the variables, use your own instruments and analyse the results. Projects can be funded by organisations, universities or grants.
For scientists, universities and scientific teams.
Programmes for the needs of employees
Specialists design programmes for different groups. The scope, the number of sessions and the way results are evaluated depend on the aim, the method and the organisation's needs. Examples of directions:
Rest after demanding work
For people with a high workload, work that demands concentration or a fast pace.
A break from decision pressure
For managers and people who take decisions with high responsibility.
Planned rest in the working week
Programmes that build regular time with a reduced number of stimuli into the working week.
Developing psychological skills
Programmes that combine sessions in a NOOStead environment with the specialist's own work on selected skills.
Evaluating employee programmes
Projects that check how programmes run and compare different ways of delivering them.
Whether a specific programme works is decided by its method and by carefully gathered results — not by the use of a NOOStead environment.
From a programme to conclusions
Cooperation with an organisation does not have to end with the sessions. As a partner you can extend your services with evaluation design, data analysis and reports.
- 01
Before
The group's needs, the conditions of participation and a reference point for later measurements.
- 02
During
Documenting how the sessions run, the conditions of the environment and participation.
- 03
After
Evaluation of selected results with appropriate methods.
- 04
Next
Analysis, changes to the programme and checking results in further groups.
We do not require every programme to be a scientific project. We do require an honest description of what is done and of what the data can support. The organisation receives aggregate results; individual answers stay protected.
Your know-how can work beyond your own practice
We are considering a model in which authors could share their protocols with other specialists, so that one programme can run in many locations without the author leading every session. A protocol for wider use describes its aim, its recipients, how it is run, the requirements for the person leading it, safety and the way results are evaluated.
You keep authorship
The agreement sets out the rights to your materials and how they may be used.
You decide about sharing
We do not require you to hand over your know-how. You can run your own programmes without licensing them to anyone.
Licence fees
Sharing a protocol with other specialists could become an additional source of income. The terms would be set in an agreement.
Versions
You can develop further versions of your protocol on the basis of the data you collect.
You remain an independent specialist
Working with NOOStead does not require you to give up your practice, your university position or your clients. NOOStead can become one more element of your offer.
Your projects
You can propose NOOStead environments to your own clients. The organisation books the environment with NIHILI; your specialist work can be contracted directly between you and the organisation.
Joint projects
You can take part in programmes run by NIHILI and other partners. Commercial coordination never extends to your conclusions.
Your methods
You can work with the standard settings of the environment or propose your own programme.
No exclusivity
We do not plan to require exclusivity or to restrict your professional practice.
Questions and answers
›Do I have to be a scientist to work with NOOStead?
No. We also invite work and organisational psychologists and organisational development specialists. The scope of cooperation depends on your qualifications, experience and planned services.
›Do I have to develop my own protocol?
No. You can work with the standard settings of the environment — a stay in silence or with recorded narrator guidance — or propose your own programme.
›Can I keep my own clients?
Yes. Cooperation can include organisations you already work with. How projects are run and how client relationships are protected is set out in the agreement.
›Do I have to share my method with other partners?
No. Licensing your protocols to other specialists is a separate, voluntary option.
›Can I earn from a protocol I develop?
Running your own programmes for your clients is your income in any case. Sharing a protocol with other specialists for a fee is a model we are considering; its terms would be agreed individually.
›Does NOOStead fund the preparation of programmes?
The basic model assumes that partners fund their own work or carry it out within a client's budget or a grant. Any funding by NIHILI requires a separate agreement.
›Is access to the environment free of charge?
No. Access is paid or covered within a separately agreed pilot. We set the terms before a project starts.
›What status does a partner have?
After verifying your qualifications, we confirm in writing the scope in which you can work in NOOStead environments. This confirmation is not an endorsement of your method, nor a state or university qualification.
›Is NOOStead a health service?
No. NOOStead environments are used for rest, development programmes and scientific projects. Individual psychological services run on a separate path and are subject to the professional and legal requirements that apply to the person providing them.
Your knowledge. Our environments. A new way to work together.

Write to us
The first conversation starts with an email. You do not need a ready programme — tell us briefly:
- what you do and whom you work with — organisations, teams, groups of scientists;
- which way of working interests you: programmes for organisations, your own protocol or an independent project;
- an idea, a question or a project you would like to discuss, if you already have one.
