Partner programme in preparation. We are inviting the first psychologists and scientists; the terms of each cooperation are agreed individually.
NOOStead · For psychologists and scientists
Develop your own programmes. Evaluate the results. Work in NOOStead environments.
NOOStead is building an international network of environments with a strongly reduced number of stimuli. We are inviting work and organisational psychologists, scientists and organisational development specialists who want to run programmes for organisations, carry out projects aimed at growth, recovery and human autonomy, and develop their own know-how.
You keep your professional independence. We provide the environment, its operation and a common standard.
What NOOStead is
Environments
Rooms with a strongly reduced number of stimuli — light, sound and everyday interruptions — built to one standard. Two forms: a mobile unit placed at a host's site and a fit-out of an existing room.
A local name
In each country an environment can carry its own name; in Poland it is WZMOCNIA. The standard and the way sessions are documented stay the same everywhere.
Independent partners
Specialists bring knowledge and method. Organisations fund programmes, and scientific teams can also use grants. NIHILI P.S.A. from Poland designs the environments and is building the network.
Two ways of working
Choose by the kind of work you do, not by your job title. One person can work in both.
Organisational programmes
Do you work with organisations?
Design programmes for groups of employees, evaluate them, report to the organisation and develop your own protocols — on projects you bring or projects NOOStead brings.
For work and organisational psychologists, scientists and organisational development specialists.
Individual sessions
Do you work with individual clients?
Your client stays in the environment, and you lead the session remotely, by audio, using your own method and within your professional competence. In Poland this path runs under WZMOCNIA; for other countries, write to us.
For psychologists, psychotherapists and other qualified specialists.
Scientific partner — a role, not a separate path
Any partner can also carry out their own project: from a feasibility pilot to work in several locations under one standard. One person can take on several roles — but in one project, whoever designs or runs a programme does not provide its independent evaluation.
Principles we start from
Independence
You are responsible for your method, qualifications and conclusions. NIHILI is responsible for the environment and its safety.
Transparency
We agree the use of the environment, the fees and the rights to materials before a project starts.
Authorship
You keep the rights to your own methods and materials. Sharing them with other partners is your separate decision.
Safety
Every programme takes into account the safety rules and the limits of the environment. Participation is voluntary, and a participant can leave at any moment.
Rigour
We separate what the data confirm from hypotheses and participants' impressions. In one project, whoever designs or runs a programme does not provide its independent evaluation.
Your name only with your consent
We use your name, title, photo or affiliation only with your separate written consent and only in the role you actually have.
How to start
- 01
Tell us about your work
Whom you work with and what experience you have.
- 02
Choose a way of working
Programmes for organisations, your own protocol or an independent project.
- 03
Agree the terms
Scope, requirements of the environment, responsibilities and finances — in writing, before the project.
- 04
Prepare the first project
You get to know the environment, its procedures and the safety rules relevant to your programme.
- 05
Develop the cooperation
After the first project: further programmes, protocols and locations.
Write to us
The first conversation starts with an email. You do not need a ready programme — tell us briefly:
- what you do and whom you work with — organisations, teams, groups of scientists;
- which way of working interests you: programmes for organisations, your own protocol or an independent project;
- an idea, a question or a project you would like to discuss, if you already have one.
